National Constitution Center

June 16-17, 2016 

The most recent meeting in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was the resolution of the Assembly's rules writing process. Located at the National Constitution Center, just down the street from Independence Hall where the US Constitution was drafted, currently-serving state legislators made the final edits to the drafted rules. Stay tuned to see what the Assembly's next steps will be!

Indiana Statehouse

June 12-13, 2014


The organization was renamed The Assembly of State Legislatures and the objective to write the rules and procedures under which an Article V convention would function was resolved.

Utah Statehouse

November 11-13, 2015 

At the most recent meeting of the Assembly, draft rules were debated and amended. At the next meeting, a continuation of debate on these rules will take place.
